The R566 is a Regional Route in South Africa. [1]

Its western terminus is the Brits, North West. It crosses the R511 3 kilometres from its origin, heading east towards Pretoria. Crossing into Gauteng, it Enters Pretoria at its extreme north-west as Rosslyn Road, it first passes through Ga-Rankuwa, then Rosslyn. It forms interchanges with the R80 and N4 highways and runs along the northern edge of Pretoria North before ending at an intersection with the R101 at (west of Wonderboom Airport).
