RCP Advisors is a private equity investment firm that provides access to lower middle market private equity fund managers through primary funds-of-funds, secondary funds, co-investment funds, advisory services, and investment research services.[2][3] RCP Advisors was founded in 2001 by Timothy Danis.[4]

Since the firm’s inception, RCP has executed over 200 partnership investments with over 100 general partners (as of 2016).[5]

By August 2020, RCP had raised over $144.8-million for its fifteenth fund.[6]
