The RFL Match Officials are a select group of professional Rugby League match officials who officiate the top divisions of Rugby League in Britain.
Officials are required to take part in a Fitness Test to maintain and or gain their status.
All officials are managed by the following coaching team:

Current Graded Match Officials[1][]
Officials enter the graded system at Grade 3 as touch judges for Academy and League 1 games.
They can then progress to Grade 2 to become graded referees, officiating National Conference League and Scholarship games as well as touch judging in the Super League and Championship.
Grade 1 is the highest level beneath the Elite. These officials referee in the Championship, League 1 as well as Academy games.
To become an Elite match official, Grade 1 officials must have an interview with the Head of Match Officials.
