Raúl Ascención Martínez Rodríguez (born April 1, 1987) is a former Mexican football midfielder who last played for Murciélagos in the Ascenso MX.
He made his professional debut on July 30, 2005, during a 2–1 win over CF Monterrey.[citation needed]
Raul was also capped from Mexico at the U-23 level during the 2007 Pan American Games.[citation needed]
