Radziszewo [rad͡ʑiˈʂɛvɔ] (German: Karlsfelde) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pozezdrze, within the Węgorzewo County in Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship (province) situated in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north of Pozezdrze, 9 km (6 mi) east of Węgorzewo, and 103 km (64 mi) north-east of the regional capital of Olsztyn.

Before 1945, the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).

The village has a population of 210.
