Rafael "Raffy" Teshiba Tulfo (born March 12, 1960) is a Filipino broadcast journalist, columnist, radio presenter and television personality whose work focuses on government and private sector issues.[2]

Tulfo has a weekday afternoon radio program entitled Wanted sa Radyo on Radyo5 92.3 News FM with Sharee Roman. The program focuses on aiding the poor and marginalised with domestic affairs and societal injustices. He was also behind investigative and public service shows like Philippines' Most Wanted, Task Force Siyasat and Problema Mo, Sagot ko. He is one of the Tulfo Brothers in Isumbong Mo: Tulfo Brothers along with Ramon, Ben and Erwin Tulfo. The program aired only few episodes due to some internal network problems and controversies. Tulfo also wrote columns for the widely circulated tabloid newspapers "Abante-Tonite", "Abante" & "Pinoy Parazzi".[3]

Aside from his native Cebuano (Binisaya), Tulfo speaks fluent Chavacano, a (Spanish creole), English, Filipino (Tagalog) and Spanish.

Tulfo filed his certificate of candidacy for senator on October 2, 2021 as independent candidate for 2022 Philippine general election.[4]

Raffy Tulfo is currently married to Jocelyn F Pua[5] and Julieta Nacpil Licup.[6] Raffy Tulfo is currently in legal proceedings with Julieta on bigamy[7] charges. He was also previously married to Celadonia A. Amos.[8]

Children[]

He has four known children: Grendy Tulfo[9] with Julieta Nacpil Licup born in 1984, Maricel Fernandes Tulfo[10] born in July 2, 1992 with Jocelyn Pua, Ralph Tulfo [11] born in July 12, 1996 with Jocelyn Pua, and Czelse Ishe T. Tulfo[12] born on May 8, 2008 with Ana Liezel Tolentino Taracatac.
