Rafik Mansour

Rafik K. Mansour

Rafik Mansour is a senior U.S. diplomat, Class of Minister-Counselor, who served as the Chargé d'affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the United States of America in Singapore from July 30, 2019 to December 6, 2021. Mansour previously served as Deputy Chief of Mission and Chargé d'affaires, ad interim of the U.S. Embassy in Yerevan, Armenia.[1]

Mansour graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in French Literature and from the National War College with a master's degree in National Security Strategy.[1]
