Rafiqul Islam (born 13 September 1943)[1] is a Bangladesh Awami League politician and the incumbent Jatiya Sangsad member from Chandpur-5 constituency.
Early life and career[]
Islam has a B.Sc degree. He retired from Bangladesh Army with the rank of Major.[1]
Islam was elected to the parliament in 2008, 2014 and 2018 from Chandpur-5 constituency as a Bangladesh Awami League candidate.[2]
