Rafiqul Islam, also known as Hafiz Rafiqul Islam is an All India United Democratic Front politician from Assam, India. He was elected to Assam Legislative Assembly in 2011, 2019 (bye election) and 2021 from Jania constituency.[1] He was born in Kalgachia, Barpeta assam in 1979.[2][3][4]
