Rahel Fseha Gebresilassie (born 3 November 1995) is an Ethiopian swimmer. She competed in the women's 50 metre freestyle event at the 2016 Summer Olympics.[1] She finished fourth in the third heat and 75th overall with a time of 32.51, therefore failing to qualify for the semi-finals.[2]

In 2019, she represented Ethiopia at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships held in Gwangju, South Korea. She competed in the women's 50 metre freestyle and women's 50 metre butterfly events.[3][4] In both events she did not advance to compete in the semi-finals.[3][4]
