He completed his B.A in economics with a Minor in Computer Science from Denison University, Granville, Ohio in 2002. He then worked with Primerica Financial Services - an independent private wealth management arm of Citigroup in Chicago as a financial consultant in training before coming back to India. He then worked for 2 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Analyst with the Corporate Finance Division before moving to UBS Securities Investment Banking Division in Feb 2005. He joined CNBC - TV18[2] as a Research Analyst in 2005 wherein he tracked the FMCG, Textiles and Retail sectors in addition to reporting on the markets. He had joined UTVi where he was the Stocks Editor.[3]
