Ramarao on Duty is an upcoming Indian Telugu-language action thriller film written and directed by Sarath Mandava.[1] Produced by Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas and RT Team Works, it stars Ravi Teja in titular role alongside Rajisha Vijayan and Divyansha Kaushik. The film is about Ramarao, an honest civil servant, who is on mission to eradicate corruption to help the people suffering from poverty. It is scheduled to be released on 17 June 2022.[2]

The film was tentatively titled as #RT68. On 12 July 2021, the film's official title was unveiled as Ramarao on Duty.[3][4]

Principal photography of the film began on 1 July 2021.[5][6]

Release[]

On 6 December 2021, theatrical release date of the film was announced as 25 March 2022.[7][8] In February 2022, the makers came out with a statement that the film will release 25 March 2022 if RRR was to be postponed from that date, or that the film was going to be postponed to 17 June 2022.[9] In March, the film's release was postponed to on 17 June 2022.[2]
