Ranju Ki Betiyaan (transl. Ranju's daughters) is an Indian television drama series produced under Rashmi Sharma Telefilms.[1] It stars Reena Kapoor,[2] Ayub Khan, Karan Khandelwal,[3] Jeevansh Chadha, Monika Chauhan and Roopal Tyagi.

Plot[]

After her husband Guddu leaves her for another woman named Lalita, Ranju bravely stands her ground in a male-dominated society and raises her four daughters while helping them fulfil their ambitions. Her eldest daughter, Shalu is expert in studies; second one, Bulbul is expert in boxing; third one, Muskaan is expert in mechanics and youngest one, Tiya is expert in playing football. Ranju used to work in a sewing center and Shalu started to work in a construction site to get some money. Guddu bring a marriage proposal for Shalu and the destiny bring Guddu, Ranju and their daughters face to face. Vishesh who loves Shalu also work there. Lalita becomes very jealous seeing the happy-go-lucky life of Ranju and her daughters. She damages the sewing center of Ranju and also takes away their house.

Then, the complete family of Ranju comes to live in Lalita's house which makes Lalita very furious as Guddu's mother, Shanti and Ranju are getting close to Guddu day by day. She started doing some wrong tactics to throw Ranju and her daughters out of her house but in vain. Then, she get the whole property of Guddu Mishra on her name but her truth comes in front of Guddu Mishra that she was behind all the problems faced by Ranju. Then, Guddu leaves Lalita and comes with Ranju and their family where they are getting closer to each other and their misunderstandings are getting sought and Shalu celebrates her birthday with Guddu and the entire family.

Lalita plans a suicide attempt to make Guddu come back to her house and she acts like that she is now changed. Guddu leaves Ranju again for Lalita but this time he fully convinced and neither his concern for Ammaji, Ranju and their daughters ended yet and though being with Lalita, Lucky and Vicky Guddu is always thinking about Ranju and her brilliant upbringing for their daughters and compares it in front of Lalita which makes her angry. Meanwhile, Vishesh expresses his feelings to Shalu that he loves her but his father is against this marriage. Meanwhile, A new character, Rajveer Shukla is introduced who want to take his revenge from Bulbul for stopping his friend's marriage. He kidnaps Shalu and blackmails Ranju's family. Vishesh tries to save Shalu from there but fails and he also get kidnapped. Then, Bulbul finds out that Rajveer is behind this kidnapping but Muskan also get kidnapped. Then, Rajveer tells Shalu to marry his friend to save Vishesh and Muskan and she agrees to do so. But Vishesh disguises as bridegroom and marries Shalu.
