Raymond Ghajar is a Lebanese politician. He was named by the Free Patriotic Movement to serve as Minister of Energy and Water in the cabinet of Hassan Diab from 21 January 2020 to 10 September 2021. On 10 August 2020, the entire cabinet resigned but continued to serve in a caretaker capacity until a new government was formed.[1][2]

Ghajar is an academic who had served as dean of the faculty of engineering at the Lebanese American University (LAU). He is a graduate from the University of Ottawa, and was also vice-president for human resources at LAU and former adviser to the Ministry of Energy, when it was held by the Free Patriotic Movement.[1]
