Rebellion Youth Union

Rebellion Youth Union (in Portuguese: União da Juventude Rebelião) is a political youth organization in Brazil. It is the youth wing of the Revolutionary Communist Party (PCR). It is present in 18 brazilian states and acts within hundreds of students' unions.[1]

UJR was founded in 1995, alongside a PCR reorganization. On the same year, they took part at the 31st congress of UBES and the 44th congress of UNE, with the objective to give a new route to the student unions[2]. As a collective, promotes the Correnteza Movement and the Rebele-se na UBES movement, who compose the Leftist Opposition inside the National Union of Students (UNE) and the Brazilian Union of High School Students (UBES)
