"Regresa a mí", also titled "Unbreak My Heart (Regresa a mí)", is a power ballad by the multi-national UK-based quartet Il Divo,[1] released on 22 October 2004 as the first single from their debut self-titled album. It is a Spanish version of American R&B singer Toni Braxton's "Un-Break My Heart", which was written by the composer and lyricist Diane Warren and produced by David Foster.

Il Divo manager Simon Cowell bought the rights of the song from Warren and it was adapted into Spanish as "Regresa a mí".[2] The song was released as the first single from the group's first album Il Divo, released in 2004.[2]

The song was recorded at the beginning of 2004 at the Studies Rokstone in London, under the production of the British producer Steve Mac.[2]
