Rhea Kewalramani

Rhea Kewalramani (born May 9, 1990) lives in Mumbai, India. She graduated from Smith College, Northampton, Massachusetts as a film student and has written and directed three films - Mr. Sir (2009),[1] Female to Male (2010) and Being France (2010). Female to Male was showcased at the 63rd Cannes Film Festival. As Director of an international team of amateur film-makers at the Real Ideas Studio, Rhea's team claimed the Distinguished Documentary Prize for Being France[2] while she was awarded Emerging Director of 2010. In February 2010, Rhea was also invited as a Juror for the Five College Student Film & Video Festival held annually in Amherst College.[3] Rhea currently runs an animation studio in Mumbai - Mynah Animation.[4]
