Richard C. Mulligan
Richard C. Mulligan, Ph.D., (born 1954) is the Mallinckrodt Professor of Genetics at Harvard Medical School,[1][2][3] and Director of the Harvard Gene Therapy Initiative.[4]
He is a Director of ,[5] and Biogen Idec, Inc.[6]
