Richard J. Daly is an American business executive. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Broadridge Financial Solutions, a multibillion-dollar company.[1] In 2003, he won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.[2]

Early life and education[]

Richard J. Daly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from New York Institute Of Technology.[3] He also completed Harvard Business School’s Young President’s Program.[2]

Career[]

Daly has been a member of Broadridge Financial Solutions's Board and its Chief Executive Officer since 2007.[1] He formerly served as the president of Automatic Data Processing, another multibillion-dollar company.[4]

He is a member of the Board of Trustees of New York Institute of Technology.[2] He is a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Suffolk County, Inc. and currently serves as an Honorary Director.[2] Daly is also a member of the Board of Directors for The ADT Corporation.[5][6][7][8]

Daly relinquished his position as the Broadridge Financial Solutions president in 2017 and retired as CEO in 2019.[9] He now serves as executive board chairman.[10]
