Roberts mechanism
A Roberts mechanism is a mechanical linkage which converts a rotational motion to approximate straight-line motion.[1]
The linkage was developed by Richard Roberts (1789–1864).[1]
The Roberts mechanism can be classified as:
- [1]
- Grashof rocker-rocker[2]
- symmetrical four-bar linkage[3]
