Rodolfo Fontiveros Beltran
Rodolfo Fontiveros Beltran (11 November 1948 – 17 June 2017) was a Filipino Roman Catholic bishop.
Ordained to the priesthood in 1976, Beltran served as Vicar Apostolic of Bontoc-Lagawe, Philippines, from 2006 to 2012. He then served as bishop of San Fernando de la Union, from 2012 until his death.[1]
