The Roewe W5 is a mid size luxury SUV manufactured by Roewe in China. It was first unveiled at the Auto Shanghai Exhibition in April 2011.[1]
Overview[]
The Roewe W5 is based on the SsangYong Kyron and was sold exclusively in China.[2]
The W5 features a 1.8 litre four cylinder turbo engine with 119 kW (162 PS; 160 bhp) that is also used in the Roewe 750 and 550 and is also available only in four wheel drive with a 3.2 litre inline six engine producing 162 kW (220 PS; 217 bhp).[3]
