Ross Barbour (born 27 March 1981) is an Irish rugby union and rugby league footballer who played in the 2000s. He played club level rugby union (RU) in the All-Ireland League for County Carlow Football Club, and representative level rugby league (RL) for Ireland, and at club level for the Carlow Crusaders in the Irish Carnegie League, as a fullback or wing.[1][2]

Ross Barbour was born in Enniscorthy, County Wexford, Ireland, and he was educated in Wesley College, Ballinteer, Dublin.[citation needed]

Ross Barbour was named in the Ireland squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.[3]
