Ross Minter (born 10 November 1978) is a former professional boxer. He is the son of Alan Minter, the former World Middleweight Champion.

Minter began boxing professionally in 2001. Ross "The Boss" won 125 amateur matches before turning pro at age 21. After a debut win against Brian Coleman in 2001 Minter went on to go 17-1-1 through the end of 2005, winning the BBBofC English Welterweight title on 12 December. In 2007 Minter starred in the Contender Challenge: UK vs. USA on ESPN and ITV4.[1]

Minter retired as a fighter in 2008 and later became boxing promoter.[2]

Minter is trained by John Eames and Peter Swinney at the TKO Gym in Canning Town in London.

He supports the charity.[3]
