Roumaysa Boualam

Roumaysa Boualam is an Algerian boxer. She competed at the AIBA Women's World Boxing Championships in 2014, 2018 and 2019.

In 2019, she won the gold medal in the women's flyweight event at the 2019 African Games held in Rabat, Morocco.[1]

In 2020, she qualified at the 2020 African Boxing Olympic Qualification Tournament held in Diamniadio, Senegal to compete at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.[2] She is the first female boxer from Algeria to represent her country at the Summer Olympics.[3] She competed in the women's flyweight event.
