Round Lake is a commuter railroad station on Metra's Milwaukee District North Line in Round Lake, Illinois. The station is located at IL 134 and Cedar Lake Road, is 44.2 miles (71.1 km) away from Union Station, the southern terminus of the line,[2] and serves commuters between Union Station and Fox Lake, Illinois. In Metra's zone-based fare system, Round Lake is in zone I. As of 2018, Round Lake is the 121st busiest of Metra's 236 non-downtown stations, with an average of 395 weekday boardings.[1]

As of 2022, Round Lake is served by 11 inbound trains and 14 outbound trains on weekdays, by nine trains in both directions on Saturdays, and by all nine trains in both directions on Sundays.
