Rozen's reagent

In organic chemistry, Rozen's Reagent or Rozen's epoxidation reagent is a solution of hypofluorous acid and water in acetonitrile.[1][2][3]
The reagent is generated in situ by passing gaseous fluorine through "wet" acetonitrile.[1][4]
