Harry Porter "Rube" Vickers (May 17, 1878 – December 9, 1958) was a Major League Baseball pitcher. He played in the majors from 1902 to 1903, and from 1907 to 1909, for the Brooklyn Superbas, Cincinnati Reds, and Philadelphia Athletics.

In 1902, while playing for the Reds, Vickers started the last game of the season at catcher.[1] During the two innings he played, Vickers set the single-game modern-era MLB record for passed balls with six, a mark which has since been tied but not surpassed.[2][3]

On October 5, 1907, Vickers recorded two wins for the Philadelphia Athletics against the Washington Senators, pitching 11.1 scoreless innings of relief in the first game, which Philadelphia won 4 – 2, and pitching a perfect five innings in the shortened second game, which Philadelphia won 4 – 0.[4]
