Ruth Kahanoff

Ruth Kahanoff is an Israeli diplomat who served as ambassador to New Zealand (2001-2002)^[1] and Japan (2013-2017) ^[2] and worked for MASHAV - Israel's Agency for International Development Cooperation.^[3]
