Saar Wilf is an Israeli innovator, businessman and angel investor who provided capital for start-up businesses. Wilf is the founder of Fraud Sciences Ltd which was acquired by eBay through PayPal in 2008.[1] Wilf is also the chairman of Wikiwand, a mobile app and web browser extension for Wikipedia.[2] Wilf was the co-founder of Trivnet.com a payments company in 1997 which was sold to Gemalto in 2010.[3] He is the founder of new payments system Quahl which is backed by an American economics Lawrence H. White.[3]
