Sai Baba Boulevard is an eco-friendly township located in Boisar, Maharashtra.[1] It is an integrated township project on 110 acres of land with industrial and residential plots,[2] designed by the architect Rushikesh H.[3][4]

History[]

The construction of Sai Baba Boulevard was started in 2013 by Suraj Muchhala, Managing Director of Arun Muchhala Group. This group was established in 1971 by the founder, Shri Arun Muchhala.[1]

The township[]

Sai Baba Boulevard has 17 industrial units, 195 residential complexes with a total of 2,886 flats and 832 retail shops, secondary school, college, nursing home, a modern party lawn, religious center and a senior citizens park.[2]
