Sambhaji Pathare is an Indian educationist. He is the Principal of the Arts, Commerce and Science College, Rahuri.
He was member of the consultative group for Youth Affairs & Sports, of Planning Commission (India).

Early life and education[]

Pathare was born to illiterate parents, in a large extended family living in a small remote village at Wadule, Parner Tehsil, Ahmednagar district, Maharashtra, India.

He graduated with a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Pune in 1981 and obtained a Master of Philosophy (1990) and a PhD (1995) from in same institution.
