Samowicze [samɔˈvʲit͡ʂɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Terespol, within Biała Podlaska County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland, close to the border with Belarus.[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north of Terespol, 34 km (21 mi) east of Biała Podlaska, and 120 km (75 mi) north-east of the regional capital Lublin.
