The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 is a model of Androidtablet computer by Samsung Electronics. It consists of two variants, Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 10.4 and Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite.
Samsung announced the Galaxy Tab A7 10.4 on September 2, 2020 (2020-09-02), and it was released on September 11, 2020 (2020-09-11).[1] The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite was a smaller, more compact and affordable version. It was announced on May 27, 2021 (2021-05-27), and was released to the public on June 18, 2021 (2021-06-18).[2]

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 features a 10.4 in (26 cm) TFT screen (a larger screen than the previous Galaxy Tab A), a 7040 mAh battery[1], and new facial recognition biometrics. The SM-T505 and SM-T225 have LTE mobile network connectivity, whereas the SM-T500 and SM-T220 do not.
The A7 features 3 finishes. Dark Grey, Silver, and Gold. Dolby Atmos is implemented into the quad-speaker set-up. The tablet also has up to 329 nits of brightness, split-screen capabilities and Picture in Picture support.[1] The A7 can upgrade to Android 11 from the previous Android 10. The A7 has an 8MP AF rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera with an ambient light sensor.[1]
Features on Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite[]
The lighter variant of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 has a smaller screen that is 8.7 in (22 cm) screen size, smaller battery capacity (5100 mAh) than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 10.4 with a 8 MP AF camera, a 2 MP FF camera[3] and with a MediaTek Helio P22T chipset and a PowerVR GE8320 graphics chip.[2] The rest of the specifications are the same.
