Sandella's Flatbread Café is an international fast casual restaurant chain founded in 1994 by Michael J. Stimola.[1][4] The chain is known for its various proprietary flatbread dishes.[2] It is based in Redding, Connecticut.[3]
As of October 2015, the company had over 130 restaurants in the United States, India, Malta, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Australia.[4][5] Some of the company's locations are franchise operations.[6] Sandella's Flatbread Café fare includes flatbread sandwiches, wraps, panini sandwiches, rice bowls, flatbread pizza, quesadilla's, salads.[7]
