Santosh Shah (Nepali: सन्तोष साह, born 5 November 1985) is a Nepalese born English chef. He was born and raised in Karjanha village in Siraha district of Nepal.[1] He is the head chef at London UK.[2] He was the executive chef at The LaLiT London.[3][1][4][5]

He participated in MasterChef Professionals 2020 and became the first runner up.[6][7] However, MasterChef Professionals fans praised him as 'people's champion'.[8][9]

In December 2021, he won MasterChef: The Professionals Rematch Special.[citation needed]
