Sarvatata

Sarvatata was a possibly a local sovereign king of Madhyamika (modern day Nagari, Rajasthan) . His name was mention in Hathibada Ghosundi Inscriptions of 2nd century BC.[1][2][3]

According to inscriptions he had performed Ashvamedha Yajana and he also constructed a Narayana-vatika temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu .[4] His ruling dynasty is unknown, but some scholar consider him with Kanva dynasty . But there is no evidence which suggest that to which royal dynasty he belongs to. But, Inscription names Gajayana as his gotara or dynasty name (uncertain).
