Satya Prakash Malaviya (25 June 1934 – 16 September 2018) was an Indian Politician and he was elected to the Upper House of Indian Parliament the Rajya Sabha in 1984 and 1990 from Uttar Pradesh as a member of the Janata Dal but rebelled and joined the Samajwadi Janata Party to become the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs in November 1990 till June 1991.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]
