Sayuri Yahagi (矢作 紗友里, Yahagi Sayuri, born September 22, 1986) is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with I'm Enterprise. She became the narrator of Animax in October 2007.
Biography[]
Yahagi was born in Tokyo and had lived in Hachinohe, Aomori for a long time. She thought "Anime is a picture talking" and said that she had no idea about voice acting until her friend talked to the voice actor. She first wanted to become a voice actor during junior high school in the wake of a friend telling her that she "sounds like anime". Without a theater club, she joined the softball club in accordance with her father's recommendation. Yahagi played Karin Maaka in Chibi Vampire. On January 31, 2015, the official site of her office announced that she was now married to a man outside of the industry.
