Scorpaena cocosensis is a species of fish.[1]

Description[]

It has eight dorsal-fin soft rays; well-exposed scales covering anteroventral body surface. Its upper posttemporal spine is directed upward. It has a large head length (48.8% SL) and a large orbit diameter (16.9% SL).
