The Scott County School District is a public school district based in Scott County, Mississippi (USA).

The district serves the city of Morton, the town of Sebastopol, and most of Lake as well as most rural areas in Scott County.

There were a total of 3,938 students enrolled in the Scott County School District during the 2006–2007 school year. The gender makeup of the district was 47% female and 53% male. The racial makeup of the district was 42.43% African American, 52.92% White, 4.11% Hispanic, 0.30% Asian, and 0.23% Native American.[1] 56.4% of the district's students were eligible to receive free lunch.[2]
