Scott Etzler was formerly president of InterCall.[1] He was named president in 1998. InterCall, a subsidiary of West Corporation (now Intrado), is a conferencing and collaboration service provider. Etzler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business economics from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Business Administration degree from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University[citation needed].

Etzler serves on the Indiana University Kelley School of Business Dean's Advisory Council[2] Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management Advisory Board, and on the Board of Steppenwolf Theatre[3] in Chicago. He is also a member of the Economic Club, Big Shoulders Foundation and the Executives Club of Chicago.[4]
