The second lady of the Republic of Korea, (informally referred to as SLOTROK or SLOSK) commonly known as the second lady of South Korea, is the wife of the prime minister of South Korea. Meanwhile, the wife of the president of South Korea is the first lady of South Korea.

However, between 1948 and 1960, the second lady of South Korea was the spouse of the vice president of South Korea, and the prime minister's spouse was called the Third Lady.

The first second lady of South Korea was Kim Gyeongju, who served as Second Lady from 1948–1951. Her husband was Yi Si-yeong, the first vice president of South Korea. The first prime minister's spouse to serve as Second Lady was Baek Gui-Ran, the spouse of Heo Jeong, the first South Korean prime minister to serve after the vice presidency was abolished.[1]

The current second lady of South Korea is Lee Yoo-mi, wife of Prime Minister Kim Boo-kyum in office since 14 May, 2021.
