Serkan Şahin (born 15 February 1988) is a Turkish footballer who plays as a defender for BSC Old Boys of the 1. Liga Promotion in Switzerland.

Şahin began his career at amateur club SC Dornach in 2005 before moving on to the Under-21 side of FC Basel in 2006. He was promoted to Basel's senior squad during the 2008/09 Winter break and made his debut in a 0–0 draw with Grasshopper Club Zürich at St. Jakob-Park on 15 February 2009.[1] He played for Turkish U-21 team and he will play in senior level for Turkey.[2]

In June 2010, he joined Turkish side Konyaspor.[3]
