Seth A. Hutchinson is an American electrical and computer engineer, the KUKA Chair for Robotics at Georgia Tech and the coauthor of the book , with Howie Choset, , , Wolfram Burgard, Lydia E. Kavraki and Sebastian Thrun.
He was editor-in-chief of the journal IEEE Transactions on Robotics from September 2008 until 2018, and was elected president of the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society in 2018, for a term beginning in 2020.[1]
