Sgript Cymru was a Welsh theatre company that specialised in new writing in Welsh or English by Welsh and Wales-based playwrights.

The company was created in 2000 and was based in Chapter Arts Centre in Cardiff. It received its main funding from The Arts Council of Wales, and its raison d’être was to be the national and strategic organisation for new stage writing in both Welsh and English.
