Shakin' the Cage is an album by Fleetwood Mac drummer Mick Fleetwood's spin-off band The Zoo, released in June 1992. The album features Bekka Bramlett who would join Fleetwood Mac the following year as well as two of Fleetwood Mac's touring musicians; Isaac Asante and Brett Tuggle.[1] The title track was co-written by then-Fleetwood Mac member Billy Burnette. The album was chiefly written by Australian star Billy Thorpe who features in the band.

Bekka Bramlett's parents Delaney and Bonnie featured on the album's closing track In Your Hands. Delaney Bramlett co-wrote the track God Created Woman and former Delaney and Bonnie bassist Kenny Gradney, best known for his work with Little Feat, played on How Does It Feel.
