Shigeru Tamura (illustrator)

Shigeru Tamura (田村 茂, Tamura Shigeru) is a Japanese illustrator, animator, and manga artist. His animated works have included , and Phantasmagoria. He has also contributed to the now-defunct manga magazine Garo.
