Siempre fui yo is an upcoming Colombian mystery-drama streaming television series, which is produced by The Mediapro Studio for the Walt Disney Company.[1] In Latin America, the ten-part first season of the series is expected to be released on Disney+ from early 2022.[2]
Plot[]
The life of the young Mexican Lupe takes an unexpected turn when she learns of the death of her father El Faraón, the greatest music star in Colombia. As a result, Lupe decides to leave her native Mexico to attend her father's funeral in the Colombian city of Cartagena. Once there, Lupe quickly notices that something is wrong. For this reason, Lupe decides to take part in a music competition to investigate the mysterious death of her father in his former close environment. Together with Noah, her father's young former assistant, Lupe embarks on a journey full of dangers, mysteries, intrigue, love and music in order to ultimately uncover the truth that is hidden in the heart of the Colombian Caribbean.
