Simon Edvinsson (born 5 February 2003) is a Swedish professional ice hockey defenceman for Frölunda HC of the Swedish Hockey League (SHL). Considered a top prospect for the 2021 NHL Entry Draft, Edvinsson was selected in the first-round, sixth overall, by the Detroit Red Wings.[1]

Edvinsson had six points in 14 games playing for Frölunda HC's junior team in the J20 SuperElit.[2]
